A Marietta woman is facing multiple charges after authorities say she threatened violence against government employees and made a bomb threat involving a metro Atlanta courthouse.
According to an arrest warrant from Cobb County, Natalia Seico allegedly made several threatening statements during a phone call with the Cobb County State Court Clerk’s Office while discussing an upcoming case.
The incident reportedly happened on July 17, when Seico contacted the court regarding her legal matter. Authorities said the conversation became increasingly hostile as she demanded changes involving her case.
Officials Say Woman Made Shooting Threats During Court Call
The arrest warrant states that Seico threatened to shoot government workers and agencies if her case was not transferred to immigration court.
According to the document, Seico allegedly told court staff:
“If you’re not gonna transfer my case to immigration court, I’m going to law school library, and I will shoot the USA, DSH, and DIA and CSA and CCC.”
Authorities said Seico became more agitated during the conversation and continued making statements that raised concerns among court employees.
Officials have not released further details about the specific case Seico was calling about or why she wanted it moved to another court.
Alleged Bomb Threat Made Against Courthouse
Investigators said Seico also made additional threats during the same phone call.
The warrant states that Seico warned court employees not to transfer her to another office within the courthouse, allegedly saying that more serious action would follow if they did.
“Don’t transfer me nowhere because I’m calling state court,” Seico was quoted as saying in the warrant. “State court is selling me, superior court is for other matters. If you don’t know, then exit the court center now because they will bomb you, understand?”
Authorities treated the statements as threats against government personnel and courthouse operations.
Woman Arrested and Held Without Bond
Seico was arrested the same day and remains in custody, according to Cobb County jail records.
She is facing several charges, including making terroristic threats, willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer, battery against a police officer, law enforcement dog or corrections officer, and possession of cocaine.
Officials said Seico has not been granted bond.
