Authorities Respond To Crash Involving Henderson Police Car At Windmill, Pecos Road

HENDERSON (FOX5) — Henderson police are advising drivers to expect lane closure and delays on Windmill Parkway after a crash Thursday morning.

On Sept. 16 around 9:22 a.m., Henderson Police and Fire responded at Windmill Parkway and North Pecos Road to a call about a collision involving two vehicles, one which was a HPD patrol vehicle.

Speed and impairment are not believed to be factors at this time, police said.

One subject was treated on scene for minor injuries received, police said.

Police said drivers should expect delays with one lane on westbound Windmill Parkway east of North Pecos Road closed. Roads are expected to be closed for the next 1-2 hours, police said.
